Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Introduction
This SLA defines the service standards for .BD domain registration, renewal, and management provided by Domain Club Bangladesh under BTCL authorization. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Availability

  • Domain search and registration services: 24/7 via our website.
  • Customer support: 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Bangladesh time).
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

3. Domain Registration & Renewal

  • New .BD domain registration: Completed within 3–5 working days.
  • Domain renewal: Processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Minimum registration period: 2 years.
  • Renewal periods: 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • Accepted payment methods include bKash, Rocket, Nagad, OK Wallet, DBBL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Wise, and others.
  • Payments are non-refundable once processed.

5. Service Commitments

  • Accurate processing of domain registrations and renewals.
  • Notification before domain expiry through email or phone.
  • Secure handling of customer data as per Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Service
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by BTCL or external registries.
  • Suspension due to non-payment or inaccurate information.
  • Issues arising from legal disputes, court orders, or BTCL policies.

7. Support & Response Times

  • General inquiries: Responded within 24 hours.
  • Technical issues: Resolved within 48 hours depending on complexity.
  • Urgent domain expiry cases: Immediate priority after payment confirmation.

8. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated if:

  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • The domain is used for illegal, harmful, or restricted activities.
  • Registrant violates BTCL or legal policies.

9. Governing Law
This SLA is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
