2. Payment Terms
- All domain registrations, renewals, and hosting services require full advance payment.
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- Payments are non-refundable once a domain is registered or renewed.
3. Renewal Payments
- Renewal fees must be paid before the expiry date.
- Late renewals may include an additional charge of $20 USD as per BTCL rules.
- Failure to renew on time may result in suspension or loss of domain.
4. Invoices & Receipts
- Invoices are automatically generated during checkout.
- Payment receipts are sent via email after successful transaction.
5. Currency
- All fees are charged in United States Dollar (USD).
- For international payments, equivalent currency rates and transaction charges may apply.
6. Refunds
- Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable.
